Day 1 | Arrival in Delhi – Capital and Orientation
Night Halt: Delhi
Arrival and transfer to hotel.
Introduction to Delhi as India’s political and administrative centre—planned avenues, institutional zones, and layered history.
Drive through key areas to understand scale, power, and urban design.
Day 2 | Delhi – Power, Architecture, and Modern India
Night Halt: Delhi
Visit to the Red Fort—imperial seat of the Mughals and a symbol of sovereignty.
Visit to Humayun's Tomb—early Mughal architecture and its influence on later monuments.
Visit to Lotus Temple—modern spiritual architecture and public space.
Visit to either the National Science Centre or the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya—interactive understanding of science, governance, and contemporary India.
Day 3 | Delhi to Agra – The Mughal Core
Night Halt: Agra
Drive to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway.
Visit to Agra Fort—court life, military planning, and imperial authority.
Evening orientation to the Mughal period and its lasting imprint on architecture and culture.
Day 4 | Agra – Monument and Craft | Transfer to Jaipur
Night Halt: Jaipur
Early visit to the Taj Mahal—architecture, symbolism, and global significance.
Interaction with local artisans—marble inlay and craft traditions linked to Mughal patronage.
Drive to Jaipur.
Day 5 | Jaipur – Royal Power and Urban Design
Night Halt: Jaipur
Visit to Amber Fort—fortification strategy, landscape positioning, and Rajput architecture.
Visit to City Palace Jaipur and Jantar Mantar Jaipur—royal life, governance, and scientific thinking.
Walk through local bazaars—trade networks, craft traditions, and urban rhythm.
Day 6 | Jaipur – Craft, Skill, and Living Traditions
Night Halt: Jaipur
Visit to craft clusters—block printing, textiles, or blue pottery.

Day 7 | Departure (Jaipur / Delhi)
Transfer for onward journey, or return to Delhi depending on programme design.

Optional Extensions
Programmes can be further enriched with additional modules, depending on time and objectives. These may include a visit to Fatehpur Sikri en route between Agra and Jaipur, extended Delhi explorations, curated museum visits, artisan workshops, or deeper engagement with craft and trade networks across Jaipur and Agra.
Accommodation
Student accommodation is typically arranged on a triple occupancy basis. Accompanying teachers are provided twin-sharing rooms.
Faculty Support
A limited number of accompanying teachers are hosted on a complimentary basis, depending on overall group size.
Meals
Balanced, hygienic meal plans are arranged with a mix of regional and familiar cuisines suitable for student groups. Detailed menus are shared during the planning stage.
Transport
Travel is arranged using experienced, vetted transport providers suited for student groups.
